Pamphlet, "METLAKATLA, 1899" edited with an introduction by Rev. Larry S. Emery, former Pastor of the Metlakatla Presbyterian Church. Created in 2018 with proceeds from the sale of the booklet going to support the Metlakatla Presbyterian Youth Fellowship. Blue cover with a B/W photograph of the early village of Metlakatla. Pamphlet includes two articles as originally published in the Missionary Review of the World, Vol. XII, July 1899. The first article is "William Duncan's Work on Annette Island, Alaska" by Rev. Edward Marsden. The second article is "The Christian Settlement at Metlakatla" by William Duncan. One of two copies. |
