National Brand Cash Register Model #: 52 1/4 (aka extended-base candy store register) Serial #: 580913 Bronze finish with the Dolphin Pattern Created 7-26-1907 for "Fujita Yamanoto & Kuramoto - Ketchikan Alaska" The register was used at the Ohashi's store on Stedman Street ------------------- Label on underside of drawer: "This Register Built For } Fujita Yamanoto & Kuramoto - Ketchikan Alaska Sold By E H Epperson Seattle Wash Size Finish Number } 46377 - #52 ¼ C Std - 580913 - WSL - C This register has this day been thoroughly tested and inspected, and is mechanically correct. Should the register get out of order, from ordinary use, any time within two years from date of shipment, we will repair it FREE OF CHARGE, providing you send it to our factory, or nearest agency having a repairman capable of making such repairs, transportation charges both ways on same to be paid by you. However, should you desire the services of our mechanic at your place of business instead of sending the register to our office or factory, you agree to pay cost of said mechanic's journey to and from your place of business. Provided, also: 1. That no alterations or additions are made to the machine except by us or our authorized representatives. 2. That the register shall remain the property of the original purchaser. 3. That such supplies of paper, ink, etc., as may be necessary for the successful operation of the register, shall be purchased from this Company, thus insuring a proper quality, which can always be purchased from us at very low prices.
