Description |
Handiwork sampler made from multicolored silk cigar ribbons These ribbons are vibrant colors of: red, orange, blue, green, yellow, cream, and white. Ribbons are stitched together with black fancy embroidery work and backed with cotton fabric. Nearly complete with an unfinished border. Ruth saved the cigar ribbons from the Kubley store (per her daughter Blossom) Stamped silk cigar ribbons were commonly wrapped around a group of cigars as they were shipped to vendors. |
