Description |
Twined grass basket with saucer Yarn is used around the top rim of basket and saucer or lid. Yarn is pinkish purple. (wool) two bands, alternating colors maroon and pink. The checkered pattern is midway up the basket or cup. The top one band is of maroon. Most likely Aleut, but could be Yupik. (Jodi B 1997) |
